Sean is an Upper GIT and HPB surgeon, who consults and operates in Melbourne. He is the founder and owner of PodMD. His role involves the development of podcasts topics and ensuring PodMD doctors are making quality podcasts that are appropriate, relevant and interesting to their intended audience.
Caroline Chaplin
Caroline is the director of RWS – A company that assists doctors in private practice across Australia. She is the owner and founder of PodMD along with Dr Sean Mackay. Caroline works along side Sean to develop PodMD and its future direction. She also manages the administration and marketing function of the business.

She helps coordinate recordings, manage content workflows, and oversee episode organisation. Ella also assists with audience insights, partnership discussions and newsletter development, contributing to the ongoing growth and quality of the PodMD platform.

Sophia plays a pivotal role at PodMD, working alongside our specialised team to create premium podcasts for our listeners. She helps oversee podcast production, episode uploads, and content organisation. Sophia also liaises with guests, assists our industry partners, and supports the creation and distribution of newsletters.
