Sean is an Upper GIT and HPB surgeon, who consults and operates in Melbourne. He is the founder and owner of PodMD. His role involves the development of podcasts topics and ensuring PodMD doctors are making quality podcasts that are appropriate, relevant and interesting to their intended audience.
Caroline Chaplin
Caroline is the director of RWS – A company that assists doctors in private practice across Australia. She is the owner and founder of PodMD along with Dr Sean Mackay. Caroline works along side Sean to develop PodMD and its future direction. She also manages the administration and marketing function of the business.

Assistant Producer and Administration Manager
Clare supports the head podcast producer for PodMD. This role involves the editing and uploading of podcasts and liaising with clients to ensure timely and accurate production. Clare is also involved in the recording of podcasts for our specialists, ensuring topics are current and valuable.

Senior editor
Declan works behind the scenes of PodMD, in all aspects of its production. Utilising his eight years of experience in the music and audio production industry, he edits, mixes, masters and distributes PodMD. Declan ensures each episode of PodMD is of the highest audio quality, whilst preserving the natural flow of human conversation.
Fran
PodMD Graphic Designer and Podcast Production liaison
Fran is our Senior Graphic Designer, who works together with our administration and Sound Engineering team. She is responsible for the preparation and visual representation of podcasts and each how doctor’s profile appears.
Kereni
PodMD Website Designer and IT infrastructure
Kereni is the senior website designer for PodMD, with many years of experience in this medium. Kereni is primarily responsible for the site’s functionality, visual appeal, IT fluidity and data capture.
